M.O.B.E.S.E. is the "City Information and Security System" which started operation within the Istanbul Police Headquarters with the support of Istanbul Governship. 952 demarchy, 3500 police vehicle, 150 mobile police station unit, Province and City Command Centers and 12 systems and software which serves for Province Police Headquarters are integrated.
